About these terms

These terms apply when you use The Games Nook (thegamesnook.com), which is run by DigiNetwork LLC (Wyoming, USA). By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Our games

The games are free to play. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time. We do our best to keep the site working well, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Your account

You do not need an account to play. An account lets you keep your progress on all your devices. Please give a real email address, keep your password secret, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Public names and ideas: 13 and over

Other players can see your public name, your home team, your badges, your places in leagues and best times, and the ideas you share. Only players aged 13 and over may choose a public name or share ideas. Never use your real full name, an email address or a phone number as your public name. We may replace a name that breaks these rules with an automatic one.

Rules for ideas

Ideas are for our games and our site. No advertising, no links to sell something, no insults and nothing hurtful about anyone. Our team reads each idea before it appears. We may shorten or correct an idea, translate it, join it with a similar idea, or remove it. Sharing an idea does not mean we will make it, and it gives you no payment or rights in what we build.

Fair use

Please do not try to break, overload or copy the site, do not use robots or scripts to play, and do not use the site for anything illegal. We may close an account that does not respect these rules.

Our content

The games, pictures, texts and design of the site belong to DigiNetwork LLC or to its partners. You are welcome to play and to share links to our pages, but you may not copy, sell or publish our content elsewhere.

Advertising and links

The site may show advertising and links to other websites. We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content.

Limits of our responsibility

The site is offered as it is. As far as the law allows, DigiNetwork LLC is not responsible for indirect losses caused by using the site. Nothing in these terms removes the rights you have under the law of your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the bottom of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. This does not remove any protection that the law of your own country gives you.
