A big crossword is a calm way to spend a slow morning. The grid is 13 squares wide and 13 squares tall, so there is room to think. Each square has a number, and each number has a clue for Across and a clue for Down. Take a pencil, make a cup of tea, and put your phone in another room. Fill in the words one by one. When a clue clicks, it feels good. Every page on The Games Nook is new, so you will not see the same grid twice. It is free to print, and you do not need to sign up.
How to print
Choose the size and how many crosswords you want on each page. You can also pick Large print if you want bigger squares and clue text. Press the button Print or save as PDF to open your browser's print window. Pick your printer, or choose Save as PDF, and use A4 or US Letter paper. If you want the solutions, keep them on the last page; otherwise you can leave them out.
Tips
Start with the clues you know best and fill in those words first. Use the numbers to move around the grid, and check the Across and Down clues for each one. Write lightly in pencil, so you can erase and change your answer. Take a short break with your tea, and come back later with fresh eyes.
