About this picture
A beagle lies down in a bed of autumn leaves. The dog has a brown and white coat with a grey patch on its side. Its big brown eyes look off to one side, and its long floppy ears fall down past its face.
The leaves are orange, brown and gold, and many of them look dry and curled. Behind the dog, the low sun shines through thin trees and makes soft, glowing spots of light. The background is blurry and warm, with a golden and orange glow that feels calm and quiet.
How to play
Choose how many pieces you want, then press Play. Drag a piece with your mouse or your finger. When it comes close to its neighbour, the two pieces click together.
Many players start with the edges: "Edges only" shows just the border pieces. "Preview" shows the whole picture, and "Ghost" puts a soft copy of it under the board. Your game saves by itself, so you can stop and come back later. There is no rush: take your time.
Tips
- Start with the dog's white face and the brown patches on its head to find the main shape.
- Sort the bright orange and gold leaves into one pile, and the darker brown leaves into another.
- Work on the soft blurry background last, because its pieces are large areas of similar colour.
