About this picture
A green enamel kettle sits on a gas stove, and blue and orange flames glow beneath it. Thin steam rises from its spout and curls up toward a warm glass pendant lamp that hangs from the ceiling.
The kitchen has a soft, golden light. Wooden shelves hold glass jars filled with grains and seeds, and small mugs hang from hooks. Green trailing plants grow in pots on the window sill, and outside the window the trees look yellow and green. A cream mug and a small tin of tea sit on the wooden counter next to a cutting board, and a folded cloth rests on the edge of the counter.
How to play
Choose how many pieces you want, then press Play. Drag a piece with your mouse or your finger. When it comes close to its neighbour, the two pieces click together.
Many players start with the edges: "Edges only" shows just the border pieces. "Preview" shows the whole picture, and "Ghost" puts a soft copy of it under the board. Your game saves by itself, so you can stop and come back later. There is no rush: take your time.
Tips
- Start with the green kettle, since its bold colour stands out from the warm browns around it.
- Work on the window area next, where the bright yellow and green trees make a clear pattern.
- Save the shelves of jars and the wood counter for last, because their browns and beiges look alike.
