About this picture
A woolly sheep stands on a green hillside and eats the grass. Its thick, curly coat is grey and cream, and the low sun lights up its back. Its head is down near the small yellow and white flowers. Behind it, more sheep graze on the slopes, and one lies down in the grass on the right.
The hills roll away into the distance under a soft, pale sky. Stone walls and a few small trees sit along the hillside. Early morning mist hangs over the valley, so the far hills look blue and gentle. It is a quiet, peaceful scene to build slowly, piece by piece.
How to play
Choose how many pieces you want, then press Play. Drag a piece with your mouse or your finger. When it comes close to its neighbour, the two pieces click together.
Many players start with the edges: "Edges only" shows just the border pieces. "Preview" shows the whole picture, and "Ghost" puts a soft copy of it under the board. Your game saves by itself, so you can stop and come back later. There is no rush: take your time.
Tips
- Start with the blue-grey sky and the far hills, which have soft, even colours.
- Work on the sheep's wool next, using the warm light on its back to sort the pieces.
- Save the bright yellow flowers and the green grass near the bottom for last.
