About this picture
This picture shows rows of lavender in a field. The tall stems are full of purple flowers, and they lean toward the viewer. Between the rows is a narrow dirt path that runs into the distance.
The light is soft and golden, like the sun is low in the sky. A warm haze fills the top of the picture and makes the far rows look blurry and pale. Here and there you can see small red poppies, yellow daisies and pink blooms mixed in with the lavender. The grey-green leaves at the bottom add a calm, cool tone to the warm colours.
How to play
Choose how many pieces you want, then press Play. Drag a piece with your mouse or your finger. When it comes close to its neighbour, the two pieces click together.
Many players start with the edges: "Edges only" shows just the border pieces. "Preview" shows the whole picture, and "Ghost" puts a soft copy of it under the board. Your game saves by itself, so you can stop and come back later. There is no rush: take your time.
Tips
- Start with the bright purple lavender spikes at the front, since their shape and colour are easy to spot.
- Find the red poppies and yellow daisies next and place them together to build small areas of colour.
- Work on the blurry golden haze at the top last, because its soft pale parts can be harder to match.
