About this picture
A bright green aurora moves across a dark blue sky. The waves of light curve from the top of the picture down toward the trees. Below the sky, a soft line of orange and pink glows along the far edge of the land, as if the sun has just set or is about to rise.
In the foreground, tall pine trees stand close together. Their branches are heavy with fresh white snow. Some trees catch the warm light on one side, so they look gold and pink. Snow covers the ground in soft, smooth piles. A small stream or patch of ice reflects a little light near the bottom of the picture. Tiny stars can be seen in the dark part of the sky.
How to play
Choose how many pieces you want, then press Play. Drag a piece with your mouse or your finger. When it comes close to its neighbour, the two pieces click together.
Many players start with the edges: "Edges only" shows just the border pieces. "Preview" shows the whole picture, and "Ghost" puts a soft copy of it under the board. Your game saves by itself, so you can stop and come back later. There is no rush: take your time.
Tips
- Start with the green aurora, since its bright shape is easy to spot.
- Look for the orange and pink colours near the horizon and group those pieces together.
- Work on the dark trees and snowy ground last, because many pieces look alike.
