Printable Expert sudoku

Expert sudoku is a classic 9 by 9 grid with numbers. Every puzzle here has exactly one solution, so you never need to guess. Take a pencil, a cup of tea, and a quiet spot away from screens. Fill in the numbers one step at a time. Paper slows things down in a good way. Your mind can rest while it works through each row, column and box. When you finish a page, every new page is a fresh puzzle, so there is always another calm break waiting for you. The game is free, and no sign-up is needed.

Choose how many sudokus you want per page: 1, 2, 4 or 6. You can also pick Large print for one puzzle per page with big numbers. Press the button Print or save as PDF to open your browser's print window. Pick your printer, or choose Save as PDF, and use A4 or US Letter paper. The solutions are on the next page, so you can check your work when you are ready.

Start with the rows or boxes that already have many numbers. Write small candidate numbers in the corners of empty cells in pencil. Look for a number that can go in only one cell in a row, column or box. Take a break and come back later with fresh eyes.
