About this picture
A sleepy koala cub holds tight to a grey eucalyptus branch. Its soft fur is grey and fluffy, and its big round ears are fuzzy at the edges. The eyes are closed or nearly closed, so it looks calm and rested. Its arms wrap around the trunk, and its small claws grip the bark.
Behind the cub, the forest is soft and blurred. Thin branches and green leaves fill the background in muted shades of green, brown and grey. Some leaves on the left are dry and reddish brown. The light is gentle and even, like a cool, misty morning. The bark has pale patches and darker streaks, which make nice shapes to match in the puzzle.
How to play
Choose how many pieces you want, then press Play. Drag a piece with your mouse or your finger. When it comes close to its neighbour, the two pieces click together.
Many players start with the edges: "Edges only" shows just the border pieces. "Preview" shows the whole picture, and "Ghost" puts a soft copy of it under the board. Your game saves by itself, so you can stop and come back later. There is no rush: take your time.
Tips
- Start with the grey koala and its soft fur, since the shapes are clear.
- Look for the dark nose and the pale bark around it to find the centre of the picture.
- Sort the green leaves and the blurred background pieces into their own group.
