About this picture
This picture shows red poppies growing in a wild meadow. The largest poppy sits on the right, with bright red petals and a dark center with black stamens. Other poppies stand around it, some still in bud and some with petals that look soft and crinkled. Small drops of water sit on several petals, so the flowers look fresh.
The field is full of small blue cornflowers, yellow buttercups and white daisies. Green grass and tall stems fill the space between the flowers. The light is soft and golden, and the sky at the top looks pale and misty. The background is blurred, which makes the poppies stand out even more.
How to play
Choose how many pieces you want, then press Play. Drag a piece with your mouse or your finger. When it comes close to its neighbour, the two pieces click together.
Many players start with the edges: "Edges only" shows just the border pieces. "Preview" shows the whole picture, and "Ghost" puts a soft copy of it under the board. Your game saves by itself, so you can stop and come back later. There is no rush: take your time.
Tips
- Start with the bright red poppy on the right, since its color and shape are easy to find.
- Sort out the blue cornflowers and yellow buttercups first, as they make small clear groups.
- Save the green grass and blurry background for last, because those pieces look alike.
