About this picture
A bunch of fresh herbs lies on a rustic wooden table. Green leaves fill most of the scene. There are curly parsley, glossy basil, bright mint, feathery dill, and bundles of rosemary and thyme tied with twine. Small loose leaves rest on the wood around them.
The light is soft and warm, coming from a window at the back. Behind the herbs you can see a white mortar and pestle, a glass jar with stems, and a folded linen cloth. Metal scissors and a ball of twine sit at the right side. The mood is calm and homey, like a quiet kitchen before cooking.
How to play
Choose how many pieces you want, then press Play. Drag a piece with your mouse or your finger. When it comes close to its neighbour, the two pieces click together.
Many players start with the edges: "Edges only" shows just the border pieces. "Preview" shows the whole picture, and "Ghost" puts a soft copy of it under the board. Your game saves by itself, so you can stop and come back later. There is no rush: take your time.
Tips
- Start with the bright green mint and basil leaves in the middle, since they are easy to spot.
- Work on the grey wooden table edges first, because the wood lines help you place the straight pieces.
- Group the feathery dill and the thin rosemary needles by their soft shapes, then fit the white linen and twine last.
