About this picture
This picture shows a rustic wooden table near a window. On the table are ripe figs, some whole and some cut open to show their pink and red insides. Next to them are pomegranates, one cut in half, with many bright red seeds spilled on the wood. A worn knife lies across the table, and a grey cloth rests at the right edge.
A ceramic bowl holds more figs and pomegranates. Dry leaves and thin bare branches add a quiet, autumn feel. Through the window you can see snowy trees and a soft white garden. The light is cool and gentle, and the colours are deep purple, red, brown and grey.
How to play
Choose how many pieces you want, then press Play. Drag a piece with your mouse or your finger. When it comes close to its neighbour, the two pieces click together.
Many players start with the edges: "Edges only" shows just the border pieces. "Preview" shows the whole picture, and "Ghost" puts a soft copy of it under the board. Your game saves by itself, so you can stop and come back later. There is no rush: take your time.
Tips
- Start with the bright red pomegranate seeds, since they stand out well against the wood.
- Group the dark purple figs first, then fit the pale snowy window area next.
- Work on the grey cloth and the wooden table edges together, because their colours are calm and similar.
