About this picture
A young giraffe stands close to the long legs of its mother. The baby has soft brown spots, big ears and small horn-like tufts on its head. It looks toward the camera with calm dark eyes.
The mother's legs fill the left side of the picture, with patterns of brown patches on pale skin. Behind them, dry golden grass and soft green bushes fade into blurry trees. The warm low sun gives everything a golden glow, and the sky at the top is pale cream. The mood feels quiet, safe and gentle.
How to play
Choose how many pieces you want, then press Play. Drag a piece with your mouse or your finger. When it comes close to its neighbour, the two pieces click together.
Many players start with the edges: "Edges only" shows just the border pieces. "Preview" shows the whole picture, and "Ghost" puts a soft copy of it under the board. Your game saves by itself, so you can stop and come back later. There is no rush: take your time.
Tips
- Start with the baby giraffe's dark brown patches against the pale golden grass.
- Work on the mother's legs next, since their brown patterns repeat in many shapes.
- Save the blurry background bushes and sky for last, because they have soft edges and few details.
