About this picture
Two brown pelicans are resting on old wooden posts near calm water. The bird in front has a grey body, dark wing feathers, and a long bill with a pale tip. Its head is light yellow on top, with a dark patch behind the eye. A second pelican sits behind it on a taller post, a little blurred, with its head turned away.
The posts are grey and worn, with rough bark, green moss, and white patches. Thick ropes are wrapped around them. The water below is soft gold and pink, and it reflects the light. Tall grass and misty trees sit far back in the soft background. The whole scene feels quiet, still, and peaceful.
How to play
Choose how many pieces you want, then press Play. Drag a piece with your mouse or your finger. When it comes close to its neighbour, the two pieces click together.
Many players start with the edges: "Edges only" shows just the border pieces. "Preview" shows the whole picture, and "Ghost" puts a soft copy of it under the board. Your game saves by itself, so you can stop and come back later. There is no rush: take your time.
Tips
- Start with the bright yellow heads and the soft golden water, which are easy to spot.
- Find the thick ropes and the grey wooden posts, since their lines help you place the edge pieces.
- Save the blurred background grass and water for last, because many pieces there look alike.
