About this picture
This picture shows a waterfall that has frozen into thick blue ice. The ice falls in wide layers, like steps, and long icicles hang from every ledge. Some parts look clear and pale, and other parts look deep turquoise.
Green moss and ferns cover the dark rocks on both sides. Small white streams of water run down through the moss. At the bottom, a stream flows over smooth wet stones. Warm sunlight shines through the trees behind the ice and makes a soft glow in the mist. The mix of cold blue and warm green makes the scene calm and peaceful.
How to play
Choose how many pieces you want, then press Play. Drag a piece with your mouse or your finger. When it comes close to its neighbour, the two pieces click together.
Many players start with the edges: "Edges only" shows just the border pieces. "Preview" shows the whole picture, and "Ghost" puts a soft copy of it under the board. Your game saves by itself, so you can stop and come back later. There is no rush: take your time.
Tips
- Start with the edges and the corners, where the dark rock and green moss meet the bright ice.
- Try grouping the pieces by colour: the deep blue ice, the pale white ice, and the mossy green areas.
- Look for the warm golden light near the top, and build that glowing area as a separate section.
